Established in 1986, Yuanzhong has been a specialist manufacturer for motor lamination cores for nearly 40 years now. Certified with IATF 16949:2016, our factory located near Ningbo harbour covers 20,000 m² area. With in-house stamping, lamination, bonding, aluminium die-casting, and laser cutting, we are able to provide efficient prototyping services as well as series production. With a minimum tolerance of 0,02mm in measure, we are proudly serving clients from across the European continent, mainly from Germany and Switzerland. Over the past century, we have experienced in various industrial fields ranging from medical, energy and automotive sectors, further developing our partnership into the fields of sustainable energy, AI and smart facility as well as mental and physical well-being technology right now. Top quality materials are regularly stocked. Non-oriented electrical steels of Bao and Wu, and amorphous materials are currently in application. Techniques we typically use are glue-bonding for low material loss, interlocking and welding for larger pieces and stability. Upon client’s request with drawings, our engineering team will provide a suitable solution for each project. With segmented stator lamination technique, a client can achieve a high dimension and stable stator core whilst easy and safe to transport and assemble.
