ViralPayouts is affiliate software that pays your partners and the people who recruit them.

The problem

Most affiliate programs quietly fail. Rewardful’s 2026 study of 2,847 SaaS programs found that only 1.28% of affiliates ever make a sale. Brands respond by recruiting more affiliates, which mostly adds more inactive accounts. The people who could fix this, such as agency owners, consultants, newsletter writers and community leaders who know the right sellers, are never paid for making the introduction.

What we do

ViralPayouts runs your affiliate and referral program and adds one thing other tools leave out: a recruiter layer. When someone brings you a partner who goes on to sell, the recruiter earns a small override on that partner’s approved sales. If the partner sells nothing, the recruiter earns nothing. There is no buy-in, it stops at two levels, and every payment is tied to a real, approved sale. You get a growing network of partners without paying anyone simply for sign-ups.

Our philosophy

We believe the affiliate model isn’t broken. It just pays the wrong people. It rewards whoever finds the customer, and forgets whoever found the partner who finds a thousand customers. We also believe affiliates deserve rules they can trust. Commissions that are owed can’t be cancelled. Rate cuts need advance notice, and every partner is told. A lifetime deal stays lifetime.

How it works

Each partner gets their own links and coupon codes, plus a separate recruitment link. Sales are reported from your server and through a signed Stripe integration, so tracking doesn’t depend on browser cookies that get blocked or deleted. Refunds and rejections reverse automatically as clear ledger entries. When it’s time to pay, you export a ready-made payout file and record each payment, so your books always reconcile.

How easy it is

Sign in with Google, create a program, and set your commission, cookie window and recruiter override. Before any real partner joins, you can run a test sale in a simulated environment to check your rules. Partners get their link straight away, with approval automatic unless something looks risky.

Integrations

Stripe works today, and our server-side API means any checkout or billing system can report sales. Apps for more platforms, including Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce, are on the way, along with a public API and an MCP server, so AI agents can set up and manage programs too.

Pricing

There’s no subscription. You pay 2.5% of what you pay your partners, capped at $149 a month. If your program pays out nothing, it costs you nothing. If it pays out $1,000, you pay $25. Above about $6,000 a month in payouts, the price stays at $149.
