Vacio Total

Vacio Total is a professional clearance and space recovery company based in Sants-Montjuïc, Barcelona. We help homeowners, families, landlords, estate agents and businesses empty, clean and prepare properties across Barcelona and the wider province.

Our services include full flat clearance, commercial premises clearance, office clearance, furniture removal and collection, buying used furniture, home and office cleaning, specialist Diogenes syndrome cleaning, deep shock cleaning, house removals and painting. Whether a property needs clearing after an inheritance, a move, a renovation, a change of tenants or a business closure, our team handles the whole process in an organised and discreet way: removal of furniture, appliances and accumulated items, transport, and cleaning afterwards so the space is ready for its next use.

You can send us photos of the property for a first assessment and receive a free, no-obligation quote tailored to the job. We work in Barcelona, Sants-Montjuïc, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Cornellà de Llobregat and Cerdanyola del Vallès.
