Steve Taylor saw this problem firsthand. As a homebuilder throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, he watched homeowner after homeowner settle for storage that simply wasn’t good enough. In 1994, he launched Taylor Made Closets to offer something better: adjustable shelving, built-in drawers, stronger materials, and designs genuinely shaped around how people live.
