We also add a fan to the passive radon pipe of a newer home and replace or repair fans on existing systems. The Washington L&I electrical permit and a post-mitigation test are included in the price. Buying or selling: tamper-resistant monitors, results in 48 hours and a written mitigation quote within 24 hours if the number is high. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
