Prestige Mont Kiara Condo — Eco Evergreen Sanctuary | Joey Houz Design

Joey Houz Design recently completed a landmark residential transformation at Prestige Mont Kiara, delivering what the team calls the Eco Evergreen Sanctuary — a living space built around the principle that a home should feel as timeless as nature itself.

This project in the heart of Mont Kiara’s international enclave breaks away from conventional premium renovations. Rather than following transient trends, the design team led by Creative Director Joey Lau drew inspiration from organic forms, natural textures, and biophilic principles to craft an interior that feels rooted, calm, and enduring. The result is a residence that doesn’t just look beautiful on the day of handover — it grows more harmonious over time.

Key highlights of the project:

Natural materials were chosen not for aesthetics alone, but for how they interact with light and air throughout the day. Curved lines and soft transitions replace sharp angles, creating spaces that invite rest and reflection. Every room was considered as part of a whole — a continuous sanctuary rather than a series of disconnected areas.

The Eco Evergreen approach is Houz Design’s signature response to the question: What makes a luxury home truly liveable? The answer, as this Mont Kiara project demonstrates, lies in restraint, intention, and a deep respect for the way people actually live.
