Clients can browse therapist profiles or be matched with someone who suits their needs, then book a secure video session in about two minutes, with no account or software needed. Services include talk therapy and counselling, CBT, couples and marriage counselling, teen and youth therapy, and ADHD assessment and support. Every therapist is accredited with the IACP or an equivalent body. Sessions are confidential and GDPR compliant, evening and weekend times are available, and some costs may be claimable through health insurance.
