Los Angeles Temporary Power

Property owners in Koreatown work with Los Angeles Temporary Power on portable AC and spot cooler rental for apartment renovations, server rooms, job trailers and planned shutdowns. Koreatown is one of the most densely populated areas in Los Angeles, with many mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings, LADBS permits and LADWP electricity, so keeping a building running through a cooling shutdown is a frequent need. Units from 1 to 25 tons range from small spot coolers to trailer-mounted systems. Duct, window and plenum kits come with each unit, so it fits the space, whether a mechanical room or a corridor. Facility managers use temporary cooling to bridge planned shutdowns, while builders keep trailers comfortable in the heat. When cooling runs off a temporary service, every pole has a main breaker, a bonded neutral, two driven ground rods and GFCI-protected receptacles to meet inspection requirements. Related services include Portable Heater Rental and Portable Jobsite WiFi. Service extends to Echo Park, Westwood and Venice.
