Lead Ninja Inc. is a sales training company for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. Founded in 2014 by Gene Slade and based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Lead Ninja trains service technicians, comfort advisors, CSRs and sales managers to diagnose the problem, present clear repair and replacement options, and ask for a decision without pressure. Programs include Lead Ninja VT video training, the Lead Ninja Mastermind group coaching program, one-to-one coaching with Gene Slade and on-site training.
