Gaurya Farms is a family-run dairy farm in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, where we make authentic A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee the traditional way. We follow the complete Bilona process — turning milk into curd, hand-churning butter, and slowly preparing rich ghee. With love for our cows, small-batch production, and complete transparency, we test every batch for purity before bringing it from our farm to your home.
