Reach early. That is the advice we give every guest at New Year Celebration Dubai, for every yacht. On the last listing I saw, boarding was at Pier 7 behind Dubai Marina Mall, starting around 8 PM, and the yacht sailed later in the evening and came back after midnight. Please check the exact times on your own ticket, because they can change each year. Transfers were not included on the listing I saw, so plan how you are reaching the Marina before the day. Traffic there on New Year’s Eve is heavy, and taxis are slow, so give yourself much more time than you think you need. Late arrival is the most common problem we hear about, and it is also the easiest one to avoid.
