Encompass RN provides private registered nurse care navigation and advocacy for families in Greater Houston, including Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, League City, Webster, and Manvel. Founded by Courtney Bell, RN, the practice sends the same registered nurse to every medical appointment with your parent. Services include the Continuity File, the Evening Letter, the Standing Review, and the Decision Meeting. The nurse coordinates care, prepares questions, takes organized notes, maintains one accurate medical record, and explains what was said. Encompass RN is private pay only and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurer. Encompass RN does not provide hands-on nursing care, administer medication, perform treatments, provide home health services, diagnose, prescribe, or replace any physician.
