Our systems combine water, glass beads, and compressed air for a controlled, damage-free cleaning process. They remove grease, rust, paint, and carbon deposits without dust or harsh chemicals. Parts come out clean with a smooth matte finish. No scratches, no micro-damage, no geometry changes.

Cabinets are built from cold-rolled steel or AISI 304 stainless steel with a protective coating. They handle intensive daily use and resist corrosion.

A closed-loop water filtration system automatically separates oil and sediment. Clean water returns to the machine. Glass beads settle and can be reused for weeks. This saves up to 70% on water and abrasive costs.

Quality is controlled at every stage from cutting steel to final assembly. Every machine is tested before leaving our facility.
