Island Dreams Realty is a Sint Maarten real estate agency helping buyers, sellers, landlords and renters find their island dream. We provide real estate sales, long-term rentals, property management and vacation rental services on both the Dutch side (Sint Maarten) and French side (Saint Martin) of the island, with listings ranging from affordable condos to Platinum Dreams luxury villas.

The company was built by Canadian couple Mario and Linda Molinari, who made Sint Maarten their full-time home and led the agency on a simple promise: Integrity, Dedication and Fun. Today the agency is led by Broker Sacha van den Bosch, who has over 10 years of Caribbean real estate experience and is a Founding Member and President of the St. Maarten Real Estate Alliance. She leads a multilingual team of sales specialists and a dedicated property manager.
