Idaho Realty Now

Scott Christensen of Idaho Realty Now helps homeowners and buyers in Buhl with land and acreage sales, working under Spring Creek Realty Group. Buhl is a Magic Valley town west of Twin Falls with established neighborhoods, rural acreage and easy access to the Thousand Springs area along the Snake River. Buyers looking for space to garden, raise animals or build a shop get help evaluating whether a parcel can actually support their plans. He negotiates as if the money on the line were his own, whether that means securing seller concessions for a buyer or protecting a seller’s bottom line. In Idaho, water rights and irrigation shares can make or break the value of a property, so they are verified early rather than discovered at closing. He also assists clients with new construction and farm and ranch properties. He works throughout the Magic Valley and Mini-Cassia area, including Kimberly, Rupert and Twin Falls, as well as Boise and the Treasure Valley.
