Charmed Life Therapy

I am a hypnotherapist and also a Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner (specialised form of hypnotherapy devised by Marisa Peer). I use hypnosis, conversational reframing, and personalised audios to transform people’s lives in one to three sessions. I work with men, women and occasionally children using a tailored approach. I can treat most issues but mainly work with low self-esteem, low self-worth, limiting beliefs and anxiety-related issues.

I do work flexible hours but I am listed on Google as 9am-6pm, 7 days a week, but I do my best to meet client’s own time scale where possible. I also work online as well as in person. So I am based in Thurso, Caithness – in the Scottish Highlands. But also serve English-speaking clients around the world.
