Pizzo's Restaurant, owned and operated by Paul Pizzo, opened its doors in Parsons, KS, after being told by family and friends he should share his pizza talents with the world. With his father's Chicago inspired pizza recipes, Pizzo's Corner was opened to be later renamed Pizzo's Restaurant serving up American and Italian dishes.
