"What is Flirt & Flutter You Say? Flirt & Flutter is a chic trendy beauty boutique located in Coral Gables secition of Miami, Florida. We specialize in eyelash extensions, microblading, waxing, permanent makeup, eyebrow threading, lash lift, makeup and skincare. Flirt & Flutter Beauty Inc. was established May 15, 2008 by owner Shea Evans. Evans is considered the Picasso of Eye Enhancement Services. A former flight attendant, Evans decided to open up an eyelash extension only salon in Atlanta, Georgia which was the third of it's kind in the United States and the first in Georgia. The Atlanta location did so well that Evans decided to expand to the South Florida to bring eye enhancement services to the heart of Miami, Florida. Evans states, ""At Flirt & Flutter, we aim to bring Hollywood Glamour to the everyday woman.
