EzyTime is a cloud based solution developed by the skilled team of company ‘Vozye’. The initial idea started out when our founders saw the need of a good time tracking solution in every major organization of Pakistan. Most of them were using excel sheets to manually track their employee’s clock in/clock out time.

To provide a solution for this problem our team built a simple attendance module. After receiving positive response from organizations all across the country, we enhanced our product and added more features like project management, task management and expense management. We later developed a mobile application which made tracking from anywhere in the world possible.

The employees were able to claim expense to their respective employers, if they’re on a field based job. All you need to do is enter a few details and all your expenses will be tracked and recorded on EzyTimesheet. You can also allow your employees to add details of expenses occurred on each project.

The great thing about our app is the task tracking feature. You can easily assign tasks to your employees. Tasks can be added with multiple fields like title, description, project, billable, milestone, parent task, duration, due date, priority, files to be attached, estimated cost, and estimated time. You can also add comments and attach relevant documents with each task. EzyTime provides a slick dashboard to view all open tasks of each employee.

Our core time tracking feature makes it easy for you to set multiple departments while creating your organization’s time tracking record. Organizations which use our app report that they witness a big boost in the productivity and efficiency. All you have to do is add some basic info of your employees and let EzyTime do its magic. You can also set email notifications for each activity and send automatic reminders to employees for any pending entries. Time tracking feature allows you to view & update full period timesheet and also customize timesheet reports as per your requirements.

Project management is also a big part of every organization. With our project management feature you can manage multiple projects for each department with ease. EzyTime provides its users the ability to track each task under its own project. You can also generate customized reports to track and evaluate a project’s progress.

Our product also has a custom integration feature, which allows you to transfer information between EzyTimesheet and QuickBook or any third party ERP and software. The integration module is an ideal solution for those working on projects or tasks that are to be billed to clients. Using EzyTime, you can track the actual time spent working on projects, then transfer the data to QuickBooks, to invoice clients for the work completed.
