Dyslexia North East

Dyslexia North East was founded in 2005 by a group of teachers and a GP who attended a Specific Learning Difficulties Course at RGS School in Newcastle. The Group recognised that Parents and Carers in the North East of England had nowhere to turn to for help for children and adults with dyslexia. So they decided to start a Support Group for Parents and Children at RGS Junior School with the kind permission of the staff.
